I can’t really tell you how I became a systems strategist, but I can tell you that it’s a title that God gave me YEARS ago. When it came to niching down in my business, I would always come back to a version of this and then I would just as easily run away!

Until recently, when I had a coach, that didn’t try to put in the bubble that she thought I should be in, She put me in the bubble where God said I was supposed to be in. As soon as I stopped running, I got my very first client within 30 days, and the rest is history.

As an entrepreneur, you… YES, you, need a Systems Strategist!

In this video, I’m breaking down why you as an educator turned entreprenuer need a systems strategist and how I can make your life and your business even better!

My Journey To Becoming a Systems Strategist

When I think about it, this journey to becoming a systems strategist started long ago! Like LONG AGO! Even before the idea of entrepreneurship was on my mind. It was my second year teaching. Kindergarten at the time and my colleague called me out into the hallway, because she wanted to use her Smartboard during her morning meeting, but she couldn’t turn it on. So being the kind and gentle soul that I am, I ran across the hall to help her. In less than a minute, I had her technology working. About two minutes later, one of the building administrators walked around the school, and this particular teacher got a shoutout for using technology during her morning meeting.

Did I put the connection together then, that I should be helping people (especially other educators) simplify things with technology? ABSOLUTELY NOT. At that time I was only trying to help out a friend.

As an educator turned entrepreneur, I’m sure you can pull a similar story out of your hat, where really you were just trying to help someone.

I’ve always been someone who genuinely wants to just help people, and through my business as a systems strategist, I can do that every day!

From there the rest has really been history. I’ve been helping teachers for a long time, but I’ve also had many iterations of my business, which have allowed me to learn a whole lot about business, and business systems, and as an educator, I have the skills that break down those tougher to understand concepts. Like I tell students every day, Ms. Brown doesn’t teach anything hard!
